Interior Design Consult - 2 Hours - $350
Sometimes you just need an extra set of eyes to see your space in a new light. We will spend 2 hours and focus on your immediate needs. Prior to meeting it is helpful to send me photos of your space and inspirational photos of some looks you love.

Fifteen Hour Design Block ~ One and Done $2250.00+HST ~ 15 hours paid upfront
If a room refresh is all you need, some paint, new pillows, lighting, window treatments; whatever the need, a fifteen-hour time block may be all you need.
Included in this package:
- home visit to determine your needs
- storyboard to help visualize your dream
- links provided for you to order items*
- layouts provided to better use your space
- furniture/accessory sourcing
- Styling your new pieces and accessorizing - once your home is ready for me to swoop in
- trade introductions* if necessary - you take it from there

Flat Rate Design Fees ~ Home Refresh Includes Project Coordination ~ 40 plus hours Starts at $6000+HST
There are too many unknowns and surprises in an hourly design fee structure. Not all designers are created equally! What might take one designer a week to complete could take another designer just a day. At KellyGreenCo., I want my clients to have peace of mind in knowing that their design fees are upfront and that there are no hidden costs or surprises. Once I have had the opportunity to visit your home I will determine the scope of the project and I will provide a flat-rate design estimate.
We are all busy and I value your time and mine. Every design package at KellyGreenCo. consists of in-person site meetings, design storyboards, and floor plans for your project. Most of the value I bring to the table is done behind-the-scenes sourcing and creating the vision you have for your home.

From coordinating the right trades, managing deliveries, hanging art, and assembling furniture to styling your decor; great design doesn’t just fall into place. It takes care and detail to make it all come together.
